I’ve decided to create a Ring times database for road cars only, I’ve used many different sites to collect the data I have started with and only used times that have a reference or a proof of time. I hope you find this list useful.

if i can remember correctly, the SLR did a 7:52 and carrera GT did a 7:40 around the nurburgring, while the M3 CSL did the lap in 7:50..
was taken off some german magazine

Hmmm, the new GT3 is almost as fast as the old GT3 RS, and the new 911 turbo is faster than the old GT2!

So...is this a challenge to us final gear freaks? Who can get what lap time in what car? This ought to be a challenge for those of us (especially you guys in Germany/Europe) for when we go. Though I'd really like to take my 740 around...
