Wikipedia is bullshit again (motorist related)

wasn't doing much, so i looked up the various definitions and explinations of boredom, while in Wikipedia i found this little gem of nonsense under "Paradigm Cases"

heres a direct quote

the first half is okay, but about 1/2 way through it starts becoming rather clear that the person is talking bullshit, for example the reference to leibniz's windowless monad. Reading briefly up on what this windowless monad is it becomes clean it has absolutely nothing to do with anything psychological, so is the author just trying to sound intelligent because they don't actually have any clue what the hell their talking about? Finally theirs the mention of somehow this "superflously...very fast" driving makes the drive itself more tedious, which makes about as much sense as pig-latin, maybe they meant "interactive" and didn't realize that tedium is a completely different concept

now i'm starting to understand why Clarkson hates wikipedia, some of its good, but alot of it is full of complete bull

ok. back on topic for this thread.
1st off, we know. Wikipedia always makes dumbass mistakes like this because idiots decide to write stuff they think is true in articles that don't get much checking. or they write like adverts. I was looking at a page on a ducati (I think it was the 748) and it read like a brochure for the bike.
But, more importantly, who gives a damn. This is a kind of pointless thread. If somebody hijacks the thread and makes it about leaf springs in corvettes or how much the mustang sucks because it has a live rear axle, or even into an argument about the merits of the vtec system; if something like that happened then maybe this thread would have value. Otherwise no.
