CAR and Evo are great, but they're a bit expensive ($12 CDN)

I think that Automobile is the best of the North American ones, and it is the least biased.

But my fav magazine is Bimmer images/smilies/biggrin.gif

I subscribe to Motor Trend and Sport Compact Car.

Motor Trend keeps me up to date on newer models, SCC is waay more fun to read though. MT is a bit like reading consumer reports at times and they don't have too many negative things to say.

SCC is much more brash and liberal about what they say. If they don't like something or they suspect a conspiracy, they point it out.

My thoughts exactly. Friends of mine get Sport Compact Car, RalllyXS and Bimmer so I read copies of their magazines occasionaly.

Between Top Gear\Fifth Gear and the Internet I don't have much need for spending money each month on car magazines though. images/smilies/biggrin.gif

My aunt works for a doctor... so I get his R&T and Car & Driver. Used to subscribe to Sports Compact Car but most of my friends get it so I read theirs.

I got a letter published in an issue of Motor Trend a month ago and my stupid friend borrowed it and still hasn't returned it. Car magazines are sacred, RETURN THEM! Damn magazine leechers.
