I'm pretty sure they just cut the image, it was probably porn and they switched it before the camera cut, the audience reaction makes it seem like there was two images.

That's what I'm thinking, too...that there was a "dirty" image, and then they switched it just before the camera went to it. The entire audience would not have gasped and laughed at the 8C 'vert.

I think the one in 11x01 is a pic of Jeremy on the beach in Barbados or whereever he went on holiday. Just coz of the beach and water in the background.
