What kind of graduated ND filter are you using there?

What kind of graduated ND filter are you using there?

Is that a Cokin? The purple cast is pretty severe.

The filter says "OEC". I did some colour adjustments and I'm colourblind so...that may be it I also didn't get graduated part in the horizon quite right either.

I meant what kind, not which one. Square plate with a filter adapter on the front of the lens or a screw-on?
