Obviously, you've never been anywhere very rural. Riding in the back of a pick-up is quite common. As far as (what happens if you hit another car?" well...if it's rural enough, they probably didn't see another car the whole trip.

BTW: At 65, that guy's baseball cap wouldn't have stayed on.

And if other cars were the only dangers if you drive a car, I wouldn?t think that this is insanely stupid. But it?s not the only danger, is it? Especially in rural areas ... starting with the roads themselves and ending with all kinds of animals or things that might apear out of nowhere, not speaking of the possibility of technical failure ... just imagine a bursting tire in that situation ...

But you are probably right on the speed ... that?s never 65mph ...

once upon a time I got a second hand computer that was full of old dumb programs like this American heritage dictionary one that launched on start up. Being I believe 12 at the time I got fed up and deleted it, along with the entire program files folder.
It is then I learned "don't fuck with shit when you don't know what the hell you're doing."
Apparently, this person has not learned that....

No....that guy really did kill his Cobra Stang's engine. Its very clear that he didn't know literally anything about working on cars. Someone made a sarcastic comment in one his other threads to the order of " Be sure to run 20-30 gallons of water through it when you oil change"..........and he didn't get that the guy was joking.

Sad as the above is, I can't tell if its more of an epic fail or less that he used misinterpreted sarcastic advice to ruin his car. Feel sorry for the guy, but if he didn't understand even that much he probably should have been taking it to Jiffy Lube rather then doing it in his driveway.

But those were shit compared to the rotary pistons they used in the Mustang GT-Rs with the stock intercooler and turbocharger.
