Perhaps an asian "imitation" of european (german) styling?

yep, and i tried IAA - which is our local (haha) carshow with 2005. Couldn't find it. The window looks like late 80's japanese. Thought it could be a Skoda - but not 2005.

Leider nein, mehr als mein Golf ist momentan leider nicht drin. Immerhin habe ich das Photo in meinem Avatar selbst aufgenommen.

Now back to a language that not only couple of Europeans can understand. :)
The photo of the car I posted is taken straight from the interweb. The car is shown on a motor show but I haven't any idea on which (presumably no major motor show like Detroit, Geneva or Tokyo). It hasn't been displayed in Frankfurt for sure. And it isn't a Skoda.
 
I've just been through a bundle of Russian car makers but couldn't find it.
Perhaps it isn't russian...
 
I'm exhausted for today. But will try again...
