How to do an impressive burnout in a manual-shifting car in four easy steps.

Yes, try this at home, kids, but don't try this in a mid-engined or rear-engined Porsche, plus a front-driver doesn't really work, and remember: The more powerful the car, the easier it is to do. The 400-hp GTO shown here works nicely. Go to it!

Step 1: Depress the clutch with your left foot, and put the shifter in first gear.

Step 2: Put your right foot on the gas pedal, and, checking the tach, spool up the engine to about 4000 or 5000 rpm. (Hey, that's a ballpark figure?different cars require different revolutions.)

Step 3: Abruptly lift off the clutch with your left foot, and transfer it to the brakes, but not so hard that you kill the engine.

Step 4: Carefully vary the pressure on both the brake pedal and the accelerator until the rear tires are smoking and you're not moving. Listen for applause.

Quick note I might already have posted:
I would choose an EB110 over a Veyron anyday.

Redliner, same here! Especially one of the updated ones that actually work like they are supposed to:)

Well, they have 5 valves per cylinder and have 4 Turbos...so yeah, they are pretty special :)

The Veyron is the successor to the EB110, if you didn't know already.

I really, really want an FXX for some reason...

Nah, I want one in red.

So I take it the EB110 are special things?

Yes, very.
You have to put it in perspective, because when it came out (in 1991) cars with 4 vales per cylinder were kinda rare, and it had 5 valves per cylinder.
Twin turbos were somewhat of a novelty and it had four, and so on.
Maybe the fact I was 12 years old when it came out has an influence, but it was (and still is) special. :D

Ah crap. The guy who's selling the Integra wheels conveniently forgot to mention that they had been under the car when it was resprayed black. The wheels are also partially black at the moment.

So, either he fixes them or sells them more cheaply. I'm thinking of getting some other wheels, though... There's just this nice, sharp-looking 15" five-spoke set that I'm ogling, and they're a lot cheaper. The ET on them doesn't match as well, though, and I would need to get the fitment rings done since they're off a VW Golf Mk2.

Or I could just drive to a tyre shop and part with 500-600 euro in exchange for brand new wheels and tyres.
But that's not quite the way I roll, is it?

My favorite Ferrari.

Even though I know how special the EB110 is...I never really cared much about it.

I remember when I was 5-6 years old, I wanted a 1:24 die cast car for Christmas, more to the point - I wanted a Diablo.
I was so disappointed when I found an EB110 under the Christmas tree. All the Diablos had been sold out.

I got one the year after :)

Those integra wheels would have looked really nice under your F, besides, a bit of overspray is no issue if you have an anglegrinder/ drill with a wire brush thing attachment, some sandpaper, polish, and patience. For extra 'radicalness', you can paint the whole rims black, then sand off the paint from anything but the recessed areas :) (If I remember the rim design correctly..)

But if you compare them to these? :) 100e/set, might need a new set of tyres on them.
