Unless you hate Carbon Fiber.

Which I don't know how you can.

Remove the rear wing, the roof scoop and put back the OEM tail lights and we have a winner.

I think the blacked out lights look great on the car. The wing is also alright, but the roof scoop has to go.

A little bit of exposed carbon fiber is tasteful, but naked is just weird. It doesn't look finished.

So what exactly is that roof scoop supposed to do, besides be a little parachute?

It's an airbrake to slow you down....while accelerating...

I usually hate these Mansory cars, but this one is something special. If only they take of the ricer wing and scoop.

The more I look at it the more I want to vomit. A very large case of DO NOT WANT! If every Mansory car, designer, and buyer was thrown off a suitably tall cliff I would be ecstatic. They should all be charged with crimes against humanity for what they do to these cars.

The body is great but yeah that roof scoop has to go unless it is somehow functional as a cabin vent which i cannot believe to be the case. Also i really really hate the carbon dash cover thing it looks like some sort of afterthought
EDIT: also those fucking totally useless venturi tunnels under the bumper need to go...

It's just tacky.

Don't get me wrong, carbon fibre is an amazing material for building cars but I really don't like it being used for decoration, its advantages definitely don't lie in its looks, for me anyway.

Maybe I'm just seeing too much cf these days, lots of it fake or just a cosmetic layer and it's really ruined it for me. By all means use it but in this case it's being used because of its appearance, is this even anything more than cf laid on top of the original body?

Does it turn into the Aston Martin Hanna Montana by night?

Usually I'm a huge fan of naked carbon fibre - but it doesn't suit the Aston, there's just way too much class & style in the body design for naked CF to work.

Oh look, a truly perfect car - ruined. Thanks AGAIN, Mr. Mansory.

It looks far better than it should..

Do not like.

Useless fake diffusor: check
Useless fake roof scoop: check
Huge exhaust: check
Hood I put on my cars in NFS Underground: Check
Tacky interior: Check

It is too much :(

I'll have the original DBR9 in black, please.

Why is it called DBR9 in the thread title btw? I surely isn't based on the racing car, isn't it?

When Mansory wants to give it to us good, they know how. This is the Mansory Cyrus (Khouresh Mansory told us that Cyrus was the first king of Iran), and ? even though every other colleague here disagrees with us ? we feel it the best use of carbon fiber we've seen since we've been here. The car is DB9-based and has been redone in aerospace, pre-preg carbon fiber, and gets 28 extra horses.

Well, all except the rear fenders because they couldn't shape the carbon fiber accordingly, so the carbon fiber -- extended in width by two inches from the original car ? is glued to the standard panels with adhesive bought from Lamborghini. Otherwise it's all CF. No, the roof scoop isn't functional ? but beauty makes no promises to functionality. You can also get the DBS done up thusly, and although we don't know what that car is called, we hope it's Xerxes. The Cyrus will run you ?380,000 on top of a DB9. We won't call it money well spent... but we'd spend it.

That's a lot of money for this one
