Doesn't look too bad from the pics. Lucky place to hit, 10 cm either way and you might've been in for a headache.

Yeah, lucky it's not bent wishbones, track rods or hitting the door which involves pulling out airbags and 1004 sensors.

It's just a simple front fender replacement, but teaches me not to park in front of the house ever again.

Because I have a rear garage, and sometimes I'm too lazy to drive around the back and park in the garage. Especially if I'm going out somewhere soon after. Pretty slack I know, but I work above a Coles, and sometimes I'm too lazy to go downstairs to buy lunch. It's one floor in a lift ferchrissakes.

This time I parked in the street, took the MX-5 out somewhere, then got home and totally forgot that the BMW was parked in the street, until I got the knock on the door.

Oh yeah, I forgot you had another car and that you'd have to move the BMW out of the way by putting it in the street. My bad.
