Something tells me the potential for falling and/or tripping on the variable height platform are the biggest dangers you might face in that situation.

I don't see a sign saying "CAUTION: HUMAN-CHOPPING TURBINE AND FLESH-MELTING AFTERBURNER FLAME" so there's clearly no danger whatsoever aside from tripping and falling.

They only thing I don't love about this design is the absence of Gau-8 visibility when the A-10 is pitched at that angle.
