California "Proposition 8" ruled unconstitutional

You wouldn't survive for ten years if you weren't united. :p Mexico would take back Texas, California and New Mexico, France will come for Luisiana, the Russians will take back Alaska and I for one think that Minnesota would make a nice 20th Fylke of Norway.
 
And we haven't forgotten what they did to our tea.
 
Hey, everyone is nodding their head in agreement with one another; some balance has to be brought to this debate, however extreme it may be.

If i was to take a guessed percentage out of the air, I would say 96% of users in this sub forum agree with each other in one form or another; to me it is too one sided and therefore my extreme right wing thoughts and words are meant to upset and provoke you into either reinforcing or changing a point of view.

By the way, Nomix: Minnesota and Wisconsin are already allied with the Scandinavians.
 
I've heard the tea party cost something close to 3 million dollars in todays money. I guess you could just take the US navy in exchange?

Why would France want Louisiana back? They used it to keep an eye on their French provinces that were there but those no longer belong to France, would it be sellers remorse or something? They wouldn't want it because New Orleans would give them a headache every time a big storm comes through.

I don't think anyone was bashing Libertarians though I was planning to get back to this thread and say Jays views are close to anarcho-libertarianism or at very least leaning in that direction.

TL;DR Those advocating for Prop 8 in the trial were doing so on behalf of Schwarzenegger and Brown (Cali Attorney General). Because of this, it is possible the advocates do not have the legal right to independently appeal the decision, and because Schwarzenegger and Brown are calling for gay marriages to resume immediately, they will not be doing the appeal themselves. Thus, it could be decided that an appeal cannot be made.
