I'm guessing when that was shown on TV there wasn't so much of a delay between when the guy moved his lips and when you heard his voice??

Youtube can knock videos out of sync between the audio and what you see. Something to do with encoding, I believe.

It was at it's worst when I was watching a video of people dancing on a giant floor piano keyboard, and there was a 3 - second gap between them jumping on a key and hearing the sound.
