F1 car will win the first part, and then the F16 has more power to get at him in the end.

This sort of thing has been done many times, but it's always at least mildy entertaining.

IMO they should go for bigger stunts like running on streets and shit, haha.

I think Jeremy Clarkson was right when he said something along the lines of paying each driver a basic retainer barely enough to live off, and then pay them $1 million everytime they overtake someone.
