Total upload and download monitor software?

Is there any program that can monitor how much cumulative data my pc uploaded and downloaded during the month? I just noticed my ISP has a monthly cap, although it's a softcap, I still don't want to go over it too much. Thanks.

I have a Netgear WGR614, I just checked and I can't find any bandwidth measuring features.

I like Net Meter. The reason why — i liked the main window looks the most. You can simply choose to remove all the unnecessary crap from the main graph window.

Same. I love it.

Go to the "Alerts and Reports" tab. You can enter your bandwidth limit and it will yell at you when you use too much bandwidth.

Cool, I will give that a try. From the amount uploaded today, it seems like I would exceed the upload cap. But I haven't got a warning about it yet though. (Knock on wood)
