Wow- now THAT is a sunset!

ALOK- sometimes I use a polarizer but the seascapes must be down to the water here in Maine :D Probably more likely though that the 5d makes near anything look amazing.

I hate American Football but photographing it is fun!

Just wanted to say Iben and Alok you guys really make me want to get into photography. Absolutely stunning shots.

Testing out my new film scanner with some slide film from the 80's.

(Long story short, I was the site supervisor on a construction project this summer, and one of the building's ex-tenants was a local photography business. They left behind a big box of old slides and a Graflex film back. The Graflex is on Ebay right now, and I've been sorting through the slides, which are a mostly old architectural photos from the Calgary area - it's really interesting to see long-standing Calgary buildings under construction.)
 
Nice to see a colour one. They always seem to be in B/W.
 
^ I don't like that photo for some reason. Simplicity I like. But not too simplistic. And maybe the fact that its all very centered. I prefer awkward angles.
