Sorry MXM but all my last Sennheisers died rather quick. And for that money they have nothing on offer that could compare.

Have already watched it through Netflix rental when it first came out, but I felt like watching it again all the sudden, worth every penny :)
 
^ That really is worth every penny, and it's not as expensive as some would think (less than $80 even in Canada). I can't justify buying since I "have" the 720p version already... oh, and no Bluray player. :p

Personally, I bought a comfy couch for my impending place... I don't think it's worth posting pics in this thread though. Also I don't have it yet.
 
I wanted all 720p episodes online, fell in love, and it was the 1st Blu-Ray disc I bought. I bought it the day before I bought my player, even.

edit: The David Attenburough (sp?) version...not the Ms. Weaver version.
 
I "acquired" all of the episodes in 1080p format. ^_^
 
Hey chilicoke, did you get in on that $49 deal for Planet Earth at Best Buy? I was tempted to get the HD-DVD version but I'm waiting for the price to lower even more (dead format FTL). The Discovery Channel version was under $29 a few weeks ago but I prefer the BBC version.
 
Found a 22" LCD for $200 at my local Fry's store.

Gonna buy it when I'm done with campus : )

Will post pics up tonight.

I have a pair of AKG K260s from the 80s and they beat the shit out of my Sennheisers, so I have lowered the Sennheisers to my porn headphones. Great Choice Though AKG is my personal favorite for what you get.

Unfortunately I only have ?100 or so, and i've just spent most of that anyway.

Didn't bother to hook them up, but my sister hooked her PS2 up to her 22" a little bit ago and they sound like shit (same speakers I believe). Not surprising seeing as how they're 1" in diameter and only 3W.

I'll stick to my 500W 5.1's. ;)
