A bit embarassing situation

Right, i'm not usually the one to ask for such things, but I'm desparate (REALLY BORED).

The situation is, that i'd like TF2, but I have no way of giving Valve my money (and i'm not buying it at a local store, cause games locally are +50% more expensive). I do have electronic banking, so if anyone with steam could buy it for me as a gift, i'd be happy to wire them the money (it's only 30 bucks)...

Like i said, wasn't the easiest thing to do, but i'm actually more comfortable asking complete strangers for a favour than my parents for money...
 
If you have online banking, then you can use PayPal, then you can use Steam.

Surely?

It just seems a bit silly - if you send one of us money you're going to be assraped either on currency conversion charges, or on 'sending abroad' charges...,

Nope. I could file for a credit card, but that would take a week. I have a debit card, but that doesn't work with PayPal.

I have a debit card and it works with paypal.... hmm.. :think:
