General Rules

• You can only join if you are a serious racer. We are here for fun and we don't need childish wreckers.
• You need a legal copy of the game. Demo will do for the first couple of races, almost everyone has the full version already. Later on we will be playing the full version online.^
• If you keep fucking up the race, like forgetting to brake in every corner or anything like that. I'll kick your butt

Racing Rules

• If you want to overtake the car in front of you, honk the horn once.
• If you are being overtaken, go to the either side of the track. just don't be in the way.
• If you want to let the person behind you know he can overtake you, use the double turn-signal and go to either side of the track.
  If you don't have turn-signals mapped, do it.
• If you see a person behind you that is faster and wants to overtake, let him. Don't ignore him and think you can be faster.
  Turn on the blinker and let him pass. You may even want to slow down a bit so you two won't end up in a corner side by side.
• Don't use other people as a guide-rail in corners. If you can't keep up, don't ruin it for them.
• If someone accidently hits you and you end up in the grass, don't plan on revenge. Nobody is out to kill your fun.
• Overtaking in corners is a thing you should decide for yourself, as long as you don't violate rule number 5 it's fine.
  Slower cars can take the corner wide so faster people can overtake on the inner side.
• No alcohol is allowed.
• If you think these rules are too much, just use COMMON SENSE.
• Have fun!

Advice

• When you crash, drive into the pits, don't hit the pitbutton you will start over at lap 1.
• You don't win a race by taking the first corner, please keep the competition but be gentle in the first corner.
  Bashing will lead to countless Restarts.
• Maybe you want to make your own skin, this way you'll be instantly recognised by people, and it's more fun with individual racerskins.
• Keep in mind that your car consumes fuel alot. Make sure to keep notice of F12 Status, and you can change the strategy by using the arrowkeys.
• Two cumpulsory pit stops, you can just refuel, or just change tires, or both, up to you, just make two pit stops at least!
  Tip If you have 30% fuel, and have 15% for refuelling, the pitcrew will make sure you leave with 15%, so they empty the tank, that will cost you alot of time.
• When a major crash happens in the first 3 laps we will restart. If we are spread all over the place, it's not fun anymore.
• No need to overtake in a certain corner by all means, there are 30laps, you will have pleanty of time and oppurtunities to overtake. overtake only when you are sure you will not cause a crash. Most of the time the slower person in front of you will make way for you to pass.
• If you are way behind, don't give up, you can win a race by first place, but you can also try winning with the best laptime, so if you are all alone, profit from it and try to break your own personal best (pb).

was really fun till we were racing aston cadett with rb4. after we switched, it was the usual circus again...

all in all, was fun, lots of people for the endurances and some nice battles

The endurance races were really good. I never thought to be able to keep up let alone lead a race till the 17th lap. Damn you pdanev !

i told you anyone can be competitive on a small tight track, especially with lots of traffic

btw, you didnt miss anything by leaving. we did 2-3 "races" on fb, then moved to aston national, 1-2 "races there" and that was it

endurance was fun, FZ250 races too, real men who can handle powerslides showed up in that race!

I'm kinda liking the fern bay track again, but no damn small GTR's they suck hairy balls, they bounce and understeer, that's all they do.

BTW, the FZ50 is such a pointless f-ing car. Understeer aplenty for me, but if the tail swings out the engine weight at the back guides me sideways and then round and round.

fz50 handles like that shitty box shaped car they tested in top gear in the best/worst cars of the year episode last season. this is exactely the samce crap... understeer and oversteer in one package...

you can handle it with a decent setup thats not the problem, i can go around the track in a race with my tires not woren and not crashing, but the car is such a pain in the ass that its absolutely no fun to drive or whatsoever. its like a donkey, you are trying to teach it to go in the right way, but no matter what you do it just wont listen and learn

fz50 gtr is awesome, but the fz50 is big pile of stinking cow crap

Definately not a car to do endurances with; my arms get sore after only a few laps, my tires are worn out too!

But it's damn good fun, especially with my setup, now it doesn't understeer, only oversteer! it even bit pdanev hehehe!

Now the thing is, and I know this is off topic, does the FZ50 handle like a Porsche 911?
I ask because it is rear engined (look at weight distribution in info page), and has a flat 6 that generates about as much horsefeet (I think) as a 911.

So if you've driven a 911, please let me know. Maybe through a PM to avoid cluttering this thread.

I didnt drive myself a porsche, but if been "co-driver". If the porsche handled like this piece of crap, i wouldnt be here typing
