I didn't have time to practice, didn't really like the set or the track and was quite slow, also made a lot of mistakes. I'm happy with 5th place on sprint. Feature was going ok'ish until I got a punctured tyre on lap 21, after that I hit walls too often and the race was over for me.

well that was a bitch. never got below 1.38 and spun plenty of times. the sprint race was a waste for me because i didn't even realise it was sprint until it had finished so i didn't finish. crashed on lap 17 (i think) of the feature and had to pit, so i ended up getting disqualified. it was my first race of the season though so i have an excuse. still enjoyed the race though, and i look forward to next week

Sprint was uneventful for me, but feature was a bit less smooth.
After getting stuck behind AlPayson for 10 laps, things went ok until the pit stop where I had 10 seconds in damage repairs.
In lap 28 or so I had twitch that caused me to hit the wall hard enough to do some significant damage.
After a few laps, I decided I had enough of a leap that it should be safe to come in for a pit.
Unfortunately, when entering the pit, my speed limiter didn't take and I was over my 1 or 2 mph.
After my drive though, I came out right between Geeman and Graemeh with only a few laps left.
When Graemeh and I had a little get together, it was too late to catch Geeman.

I probably should have just kept going with the damage.

sprint race was not so good, lost first place by massive framedrop in T1, so starting from behind. Then overtaking mxm, and Al went a bit wrong, spun, and started all over again.

Then the feature: The feature was a great race. Although i had some framedrops i managed to get a decent laptime. It took some time to overtake epsn and al payson. And afterthat is was maximum attack to Lonely and Mischief. Slowly i closed the gap to mischief, and extended a bit because mischief pitted half way the race. I changed some camber settings because my left front was a bit red/thin during the race. In the pit lost more time than mischief because of the damage and setup changes.

Then the last 10 laps were awesome. The gap was 10 seconds orso, and I was pushing every lap. But the same did Mischief. with only a few tenth each lap i knew that i never won the race. When the race was finished, there where only 1 second difference


the inferno setup was just great in the last 10 laps i tried to brake a bit later, started sliding and tried hit the throttle as soon as possible. In some corner not a quarter throttle but half throttle ect. Just great

I don't like SO Long much so, I didn't practice much for this.
I wasn't very fast on Q, but with my new PB I ended up on 4th, so it went better than I expected.
The sprint started promising, I was 2nd at one point. Bu when Graeme catched up to me I got really nervous, because I knew he was faster than me and I made driving error and he got past. AlPayson was close next and I continued making mistakes and ended up 7th. Luckily few people infront of me collided and I got back to 4th.
Feature started promising too, since I was 3rd soon. But a collison with AlPayson threw my to the last position. Then I just tried to catch everyone else. When I slowly got near Graeme and AlPayson pitting started, and with my clever pitting strategy I got past them both. Graeme was near, but I managed to keep him behind. When ESPN made a pitting mistake I thought I could get a easy one point more. The trouble started when I noticed that he would end up real close to me after the penalty. Managed to keep him behind by luck and then he crashed with Graeme and I thought I don't have to worry anymore. But I was wrong, ESPN catched me on the last lap and almost got past on the last laps hairpin..

Overall both races went better than I expected..

Should I even talk about the Sprint race? Absolutely sucked. Second last lap, on the last corner, AlPayson was sitting in the corner, and I hit him. Caused too much damage and therefore finished 8th.

The feature race on the other hand went amazing!! I was relying on AlPayson to hold off ESPNsti and FireFox. He did his job very well and both were 20+ seconds behind me. I was able to concentrate on hitting consistent laps until my time to pit halfway through the race. Pitted in and came out behind ESPNsti and FireFox. No big deal since I knew both had to pit and I was relying on FireFox to make a mistake or blow a tire. Once FireFox pitted, I started hitting consistent laps again but then FireFox decided he wants the win instead. I started pushing and started hitting 1:33s. Unfortunately my dear friend FireFox one upped me and decided to hit 1:32s. The last ten laps were amazing. Both FireFox and I were waiting on each other to make a mistake. By the end of the race I was finished. Sweating in -17 celsius weather.
