New Skins PSD + Previews

I'll post the psd files + previews of the new skins here.

Keep the thread clean, and only post here only if you spot some mistake.

Note that some of the skin files are 2048x2048. Resize them, and upload 1024x1024 to lfsworld.

!!!!IMPORTANT!!!!

***Do NOT use the same filename as the older skins!!!! LFS will not download a new skin from lfsworld if the file name is the same as the old one, because it will find it in your SKIN_X Folder!!!!!***

Use something like FOX_name2.jpg, or FOX_namefg2.jpg etc.

In general, here is the folder all files will be in:

Note, within the rar files, the number after the psd file refers to the color scheme!
1 = Green/yellow/white
2 = Black/orange/grey

The black paint layers have an effect on them, if you click a little icon on the layer it will drop down the effects. I used a 4-5px wide stroke effect on the black paint layers, and that stroke is actually the red stripe.

So click onto the layer effect, stroke, and change the color there. I'll post a few screenshots later.

nono... LFS goes till 6-7am in the morning for me, which basically means no sleep, BF is up till 3-4am which is still okay

btw, pete... does anyone think the Finalgear word on the wing of the RB4 is really out of place? I think it should be either Team Finalgear or just nothing at all

Andy what's wront with Finalgear?
I used Team Finalgear on the FZR because the poiler there is an ironing board, wide like hell. Team Finalgear will be very compressed on other cars and you won't be able to read it, it will be either to small or will flow together. But you can mod that if you want to.

Also, VERY IMPORTANT NOTE!!!!!

When you upload skins to lfsworld, use a NEW name for the skin file, because others who have the old skin in the skin_x folder, LFS will not download the new because it will find the same filname in the skin_x folder.

I modified FOX a bit, mostly stripe, looks like this:

It's not uploaded anywhere yet, but if you want to use it, I guess pdanev can put it in same place where others are.

btw people... I'm having major problems changing the lines on the skin, could someone do it for me? My laptop is lagging badly when I try to edit the skin. I just want the lines to be Lime green similiar to pdanev's

^ Yes I thought of that as well, but MXM pointed out that in case you want to use older replays for videos or so, it might be handy to have the old skins as well.

Dumb question, Peter, but may I modify the race number to white? With a dark blue background it is hard to see.

Ok, found an error of sorts. You know how you can usually use 1 skin for 2 cars, like FZ50 and FZR? well, if you use the GT skin on its R equivilent, you get this:

Old one you could use because it had number on door center etc, with this I doubt it'll work, so just wait till I double check the psd files and make the necessary adjustments.
