Patch Z25 (no physics/Scirocco)

The LFS devs have decided to release the latest test patch as 'official' patch. It does not have new physics or Scirocco. It's a compatible patch. It has quite a lot of changes and fixes even though it's still the same letter with added numbers.

updated, tried it and couldn't tell any significant improvement or upgrades.
