Ok, I'll use my 1000's post to comment this images/smilies/smile.gif

Second graph is great. Now looking at it, I wanna thank vette boss for holding others up while I made the lead JUST enough to keep 1st place until pits images/smilies/bow.gif

Although I'm not sure if I would finish 2nd if pdanev didn't have to wait so long in pits. Of course there would be a possibility that he and espnsti would have a little fight behind me (IF I would be 1st to leave pits) and that could help me stay in 1st place longer images/smilies/smile.gif

EDIT: Also I had the most stable lap times, with least deviation. Niiice images/smilies/thumbsup.gif

EDIT2: And the top speed images/smilies/biggrin.gif

^ Nice josty. Get some wheels and practice a bit the track cos its a pain in the ass. Im almost done with a sort of ok-ish fxo setup that should be fine for tires and decent times, will post it when done.

... so am I going to be the only one using FOX?... btw, what laptimes are you guys getting?... mine are in the high 1:30's and low 40's

EDIT: At least I'm 4th in the fastest lap section images/smilies/biggrin.gif

.... hopefully I can grab some points this weekend

But thats not what we are racing today, that was last week on aston cadet. Today its South City Long and take either ANY GTR or the small formula (FOX).

^ Just get used to the track, because the setups from inferno are useless for long race, they eat tires within a few laps. Than try to mod the setup of whatever car you will be using, change tires etc because they seem to be using R2s that dont last much :Cry:

I wanted to go with FOX, it's a shame really that it's so slow on straight. Plus it eats more rubber then others. I even think it shouldn't be in same class with fxo and fz gtr, because there's no track where FXO can be faster and/or easier to live with. ... I am having a huge problem with tire wear so far with the FOX... plus the really tight hairpin, I cant find a line for that corner... I keep getting it wrong because there's so much to concentrate on that section, I have to watch my wheels if they lock up, watch my tailend so it doesn't hit a bump and spin and watching the walls and and gear changes, too late you loose time, too early you put too much revs and you spin images/smilies/sad.gif

Yeah I'm using the FOX. I like it. I keep getting better and better with it and finding better racing line. I have no tire wear problems so far images/smilies/thumbsup.gif

. I am using R2 tires since the R1s wore very fast. Also worked on my braking, they don't lock up as much anymore either images/smilies/wink.gif

No screwups means I can average 1:38-1:39.

Had my personal best today on R1 slicks of low 1:37. Josty can back me up on that one.

The setup I have is basically team inferno with a bit of brake taken out.

Can it be possible I did 1 .36, I saw it but when I see these numbers from you I don't think I would be that quick on my first try..

It is possible with more tweaking. The car is tail happy and if you can nail that hairpin at a good speed then I don't see why not.
