FZR worked fine. 2nd in Qualification. First race I was behind pdanev in 2nd place until pit time where my problems started. pdanev pitted on 5th lap and I decided to follow him into pits, somehow I braked badly and damaged my clutch and fried my tyres on pit entry. We left pits tail to nose but I had to ease off, to save the car. I couldn't save my front left tyre, it popped on lap 8 and my race was over. Everyone passed me on the last two laps.

Second race was pretty good, changed my front tyres to R3 and they worked great. I screwed up my start and ESPN passed me, then I followed him for a while. Couple laps later I braked too close behind ESPN, hitting him and he dropped to 5th place. That sucked and I didn't want to win like that, so had to let him pass. And then I was last. Passed ESPN and FireFox and on the last lap, I nearly passed MXM and pdanev on last straight, but got unlucky when pdanev changed lane and I hit him and lost my speed.

In practice my screen looked like this, downsized resolution to fix it.

1st race, I started off by accidently turning epp_b around.
I'm terribly sorry about that, I was trying very hard to keep my right foot off that gas pedal, but I also wasn't expecting that you'd be in that corner for that long.
After that, I had a good battle with MXM until he went off in the chicane.

Second race, I grabbed the lead from lonely, and led for a lap until what appears to me to be a lag bug punted me aside a bit in the first sharp turn.
I had no damage, but I could not keep up with anyone until firefox burnt his tires off.
Pdanev, I saw that MXM was quite a bit faster on the straights at the end, and I saw you what appeared to me to be over revving on at least one occasion, so I wonder if you had a damaged engine.

I had a great time driving the FZR, it was lots of fun on this track.

No practice, useless setup (Fe2 setup, with rev limiter on the end of the straights)
during Q, found a SO setup and used that as a base. Ofcourse it was a hotlap setup, with uber high camber and R2... so tires were gone in a few laps.
managed to save the tires in the first race, but blew them complety in the 2nd race.

Unexpectedly really nice SO races

In first I was trying a bit too hard to pass ESPN, and front tires were suffering alot. In that chicane I took a tighter line, and couldn't handle the understeer, ended up facing the wall.

Having learned from race 1, saving tires was top priority in race 2. Got into second place early on with good margines in both directions, so I tried to keep it safe. But then towards the end I noticed that pdanev started slowing down significantly, so I've even set a PB trying to catch him. In lap 9 I overtook him briefly after last corner, but lost it in the first sector. I knew he had some problems driving out of that last left-hand curve, so that's where I was aiming. I couldn't get near him going into the turn, but there was just enough momentum to overtake before the start line. That was pretty exciting, I haven't even noticed that Lonely got so close

unfortunatly i had to get out to finish some work at the time for qualifying..
But no matter... i had some fun on those short races with you guys.
