The Trump Presidency - how I stopped worrying and learned to love the Hair

It's a reference. I find it brilliant and full of humour. The more it is true, the more it is irresistible. Interestingly enough, it didn't come to me straight from its real origin in WWI Austria, but mediated through at least two different italian intellectuals of the post WWII era.

You do not have to stay silent, at all. Still, I think it is way better to take it calmly. After all, the situation is desperate, but not serious anymore.

I intented a middle ground between me and Blind_Io The same that happened with Berlusconi, the same that is happening in Italy, in Britain, in France. Actually, BSters have now discovered they can go as boldly and shamelessly as they want, because nothing is "too much" anymore. Extreme...

The Trump Presidency - how I stopped worrying and learned to love the Hair

When we had Berlusconi, everybody was laughing, and it was terrible. The man would say anything, and then some more, if it could profit him. Now, the party who would get one third of the votes if there was an election has an aggressive, violent liar leader who likes to provoke others. In both...

I understand your position. Let's get to a middle ground. Do not take his words seriously.

Stop listening to the words of the orange man, he could deny today what he will say tomorrow. It's wasted time, and the way he gets part of his power, confident in the fact that people will double-think everything he says. Watch his acts insteads, and most of all their incoherent, aimless direction.

They lied, or you have been lied to by someone. I personally remember ElBaradei stating that Iraq was not hiding any WMDs from the inspectors: it was March 2003 and I was driving around as the interview was being broadcasted by the radio. If you do not believe me, believe ElBaradei himself, and...

The best weapon to take away support from the US is to show how much of a pacific person you are compared to the warmongering orange. Kim Jong Un did that, now Hezbollah is doing it. But yes, If they told me, 10 years ago, that I would have gotten to a point where Hezbollah would appear more...

The Trump Presidency - how I stopped worrying and learned to love the Hair

The US have managed to cover themselves in shame, to alienate ally upon ally, to give their enemy good reasons to hate them, to appear cowards AND ungrateful AND uncaring AND aggressive AND arrogant, all banded together. Because they are led by a man who is ignorant, arrogant, selfish, liar...

Leaving them to deal with their own problem was good for Syria, but it is somehow not good for Iraq. link
