Rep Power: 14   |  2008 Super GT So the 2008 Super GT season has just begun and they've completed the first race of the season at Suzuka. Race 1: Suzuka Circuit For the top 10 finishers in the GT500 class, the new GT-R cars came in 1st, 2nd, and 5th. The SC430 cars took 3rd, 4th, 6th, and 9th. The NSX cars didn't do too well and finished 7th, 8th, and 10th.  The pace car is a production GT-R, note the NSX and the SC430 in the back:  In the GT300, the FD RX-7 run by ORC finished first, and other top 10 finishers included a 997 GT3 RS, a 350Z/Fairlady Z, an Impreza, an MR2, a Boxster, among others.
