You have to be between 16 and 26, hold a valid US, Mexican, or Canadian passport and license, no "professional" racing licenses beyond go karting, etc. More below.

There are prizes as well:
- Win a race = $1,500
- Win the series = $100,000
- If series champion is selected for a professional Motorsport series ride within 6 months = $250,000

I applied for the hell of it. I'm neither athletically fit nor have a desire to continue in a motorsport career.

Oh suddenly not so great haha. I wonder if they would let me run since I have a rally licence. Would be stupid if they didn't, I am hardly a professional driver.
