Don't get me wrong, it's totally sick. But since the cyclist is alive, it's kinda funny. I believe the cop claimed that the cyclist tried to hit him.

LG Viewty. Records @ 120 fps into 15 fps (no audio), so it seems to play back @ 1/8 normal speed. I sped it up to 30 fps, so it's smoother, but only 1/4 speed. Also @ res of only 320x240 and only in bright light. But hey, it's just a phone. 640x400 records @ 30 and is also quite good in poor light, although colours fade.
