I love how the title is " YouTube link to deadly school shootings" yet all the kid did was post the video about the shooting on there. If that is the case, should not CNN be linked to all terrorist acts?

That's a TERRIBLE title. I suppose CNN will find a way to blame the tubez for this, and inevitably video games? It's already not looking good for KMFDM, maybe they'll pin Marilyn Manson on this again...calling out Youtube for it trivializes the awful event in the first place.

Owning a handgun is not illegal but you do need a permit for one and for that you need to be a member of a shooting or a hunting club to own a firearm of any sort and AFAIK for a hand gun need a specific certificate that you need one for a hobby. In short, it takes quite a bit of effort to get your hands on one legally.
