Don't forget to take altitude into consideration. Many missiles will cruise at a higher altitude because it's more efficient, they only drop down to the deck once they enter an area with countermeasures.

Nice find. Well that clears up the size and altitude problem. I never even noticed the black wings against the desert floor.

Yeah, it is a plane. If you look very carefully you can see the wings, but they blend in very well with the brown of the ground.

Not only that, but if you use the GE measuring took, the fact it is 90 feet long is a clue. Also, the pair of vapor trails shows it has two engines (a cruise missile only has one).

Ah, but the measuring tool works for distances on the ground, so while it might be covering 90 feet of ground, it's altitude (i.e it's closer to the camera) means it's smaller than that.

I'm not saying it is a missile of course, just not 90 feet long.
