Twitter is rubbish. I can't see why anyone would only want to read 140 characters of text. Unless they've got ADD and that's how long they can concentrate on one thing..

I don't even get twitter. I went on a the site a few times trying to follow some people and immediately had no idea what was going on. It's a great example of the internet at its worst, IMO.

I've created an account mostly because my students wanted me to so I don't post really often and it's mostly in French.

After a few months of use, I'm still not totally convinced on the concept. I get quite a few followers that I don't really now and when I try to follow them back, it's not very interesting to say the least.

Quite good for things like Driver's Republic, etc. though images/smilies/smile.gif
