HELP(only if you like food)

I have a menu what need getting done 3 protein entrees one of which being vegetarian one starch(potato pasta, etc) two vegetables and two soups, one bein vegetarian. they have to hold well on a steamtable and be pretty cheap(so nno steak or shrimp or the like, basically its a menu for a college cafteria) over 4 days. i ahve monday done but i need ideas for tues-thurs. recipes or link to where i can find them would be a huge help. thanks

actually i could take some puff pastry sheets, and lyer em w/ peanut butter and jelly. a sort of pb&j lasagna. im gunna use that, thx
