This is too good to be true. Look at the photos. Please verify it for me because I cannot believe this is happening. My mom doesn't even have a drivers license.

if you get three cars in a row on them things, it generally means you've won the shoddy prize that they have a million of, in this case that appears to be 3day/2night vacation. They use the car symbol for the vacation so that you'll ring up. the odds of winning a vacation are 349,949:350,000 - i.e. there's a 1 in 70,000 chance that you'll not win a vacation (if my maths is correct).

I've fallen for these a ton of times - you never win what you think you're going to and it will cost you more than the prize is worth to ring up. They very rarely give away the biggest prize because most people just throw these things away and the company knows that there's a very good chance that the one with the grand prize on will get lost or thrown away also, so the company makes a lot of money out of the promotion and doesn't even have to give away the grand prize that they've already got a lot of money for simply endorsing!
