Seriously, though, did anyone actually catch what was going on? Sorry, but 20x20 pixel resolution stretched out to 320x240 (or something like that) along with 0.5Kbps autio encoding doesn't work well, especially with sub-titles.

Saw Seinfeld was gonna be on Letterman so I watched to see if he said anything about this and guess what, Kramer was on defending himself and apologizing. He looked very upset... looked like he was gonna cry in parts of it.
