The Scrambler is neat, and they used to offer a Fusion White/Caspian Blue version that was stunning.

The Bonnie is on my short list of bikes to own. My parents' neighbor has a white T100 with orange tank stripes. My girlfriend can almost put both feet flat on the ground from the seat. You can't go wrong with a Bonnie. Find a good used one and save yourself about $1500-$2000.

On the seat heights, your trouser inseam is a good starting point.

Mini-hijack here. I also have a 30" inseam(much larger waist though) and I just fucking love the Triumph Street Tripple. The 675 would be better for me and it's seat height is 31.6", would that be ok or perhaps a bit tall?

Yamaha builds some small ones (~250cc 4 strokes images/smilies/dry.gif) that have a fairly low seat height. I'm 5'10" and I can comfortably put both my feet flat on the ground on one. When it comes to stuff like the big Honda enduros though, images/smilies/lol.gif you probably have to be six and half feet tall to be comfortable on one of those.
