It's not that I have to watch it with her, it's that she's the sort of person who watches it.

If that's the problem, the "break-up solution" posted earlier is the only one working.

Or you might ask yourself how you ended up with such a girlfriend first place, what it says about you and it, all things considered, maybe everything's quite right the way it is

I used to watch a lot of crappy television just to have noise on in the background...and because my parents had creepy backwater hick-town cable with NO good channels on it. No Comedy Central, Cartoon Network came in fuzzy (despite it being on our list and us having complained about it ad nauseum to the cable company), and definitely no BBCA.

If there was nothing else on the few other channels, sometimes I'd stick it on E! or VH1 to see if anything particularly lulztastic would happen. A couple times it did, but usually: disappointment.

Thank goodness for the internets, and thank goodness my folks now have a dish!

At this point, maybe i should confess watching "Flavor of love" religiously because it was so over-the-top.

By the way, anybody complaining about Top Gear being scripted should be forced to warch a marathon of "Flavor of love"'s second season.

That would be a bit early. I can also tell you that she enjoys watching the same kind of cooking programs as me. Double win.

You could always try to get her hooked on Mad Men. And bonus; Christina Hendricks is even hotter than Kim Kardashian (and it's not painful to hear her talk).

It's not just the show that's terrible. I've had the misfortune of seeing some of their work in person and those assholes can't even weld. I haven't run TIG in nearly 2 years and I could probably put down a better bead than those idiots. I'm just glad that all this "lets build 100k dollar theme bikes" bullshit seems to be dying down.

Kardashians show gets 150%-200% of Mad Men's ratings, so yeah.

Yesssss, get her addicted to that show!

I have watched a few episodes of the Kardashians just to see how idiotic they are, laugh at them, then watch something else or turn the TV off.

I prefer watching Say Yes to the Dress

What i'd love to watch would be "Keeping up with the Cardassians". But maybe, that's just me....

EDIT: Paramount, are you listening? I'd pay to watch that!

But the Mk2 gains 300lbs and has number handling and a less tunable engine.

Just strip off the unnecessary bits and add nitrous.
