I don't know where Verizon hires these morons from, but anyone who can't tell the difference between 0.002 cents and 0.002 dollars should be taken out back behind the woodshed and shot.

I just had this running in the background while I was doing other stuff on the computer. Hilarious. And as epp_b said, props to the customer, he was doing a great job of explaining, they just never got it.

I love the internet, every customer than gets screwed can instantly put something like this on the net and expose the company to all it's potential customers. Fortunately I never had to deal with crap like this from Verizon.

I would seriously ask to talk to a monkey trained in basic arithmetic. I would ask for them to send me a transcript of the notes from my calls and then go to the BBB and file a complaint. Also, if he has auto-bill-pay set up on his credit card he can get Visa to go after them for fraud.
