Well, actually I admire Verizon for standing by the lower rate, even though all the literature makes it clear what the actual price is. I think that, other than their employees being as sharp as a sack of wet mice, they did the right thing and honored the lowest quote.

Don't think the issue was the rate, he was charged correctley there is no doubt about it. point 002 cents I mean WTF? nothing is that cheap. The issue as I saw it was the fact that the Verizon employees where armint it was correct and they where right and could not grap the concept of Dollars and cents and refused to aknowleage the mistake, when you are dealing with them kind of fractions a mistake can be made. What got me was when they where dividing the usage by the amount and never thought hang on I am dividing that but the same denomination when it should be divided again by 100.

All that aside funny as hell, when I 1st heard on here a couple of days ago from this thread I was shouting at the screen shaking my head.
