You guys have to check this out if you've never heard of him: Og De Souza was born crippled, but that didn't slow him down. He got himself a skateboard to help him get around and now he's better than a lot of "normal" skateboarders.....and he bails like a a pro too 
Really inspirational. (P.S. I know there's a cool vids thread, but this dude deserves his own. respect)
