Methinks this is just an assumption by the FOX News Network. There's no way they'd include something like that in the press release. Nowhere did I see any evidence that the EATR has the necessary hardware to extract animal flesh, and even if they could it's not like they'd swallow them whole. They'd be more like maggots, so most of the body will be left and the parts that won't will decompose naturally anyways.
