More interesting to try is peeing on a naked live wire. I can tell you with some certainty you'd die images/smilies/tongue.gif

On a vaguely related note, maybe contrary to common belief water itself does not damage electronic. Put a circuit board in pure water, dry it and plug it back and it should work.

What actually damages electronics is the salts in the water when they accumulate and short circuit the transistors. A plugged in electronic device might also get damaged because water is a good conductor and would also short the circuits in the device.

Yeah the did, I think it is possible but getting all the variables right for it is really tough. I wish Mythbusters would list all the myths busted, confirmed, and plausible, I can never remember what the final verdicts are.

AAARgh, myhbusters!

Like the show, but I do wish they'd think sometimes before acting. Their assumption on what the myth are based on and how it would actually work are sometimes wayyyy of.

And I hate it. I keep thinking OF COURSE IT DOES NOT WORK in your tests, you are soing it ALL wrong... (Break step bridge, diver sucked into a fire helicopter to name a few...)

And yes, I know, its more about entertainment than factual info (like TG) but I'm anal that way, can't help it. And I would like to still stress that it is one of my favourites on discovery and I do enjoy it orherwise.
