I really wouldn't recommend anyone to get the S60R. My father has a 2003 V70R (he's getting rid of it right now) and it's really rather rubbish. It just combines all the disadvantages of a sportscar and a boring family car. The steering lacks any feel and so does the air suspension. The different modes only make it harder but the feel is just as bad. Furthermore, in the comfort mode, when you drive across some sudden bump, like a bad bridge dilatation or something, in an effort to offset the bump, the air suspension destabilises the back of the car, it's a really unpleasant feeling.
So, even though it lacks any feel, so it's no way a sports car, there are some things that disqualify from being a comfy family car as well. The Brembo brakes anly have an on and off mode (although one may probably get used to it over the time) and the engine has a terrible turbo lag, so you have to keep the revs up to get some decent acceleration.

I do however admit that it's pretty fast, I like the looks and those nice touches, like the blue dials. And they might have fixed some of the problem in the later model years, but I'm sure there still are better cars out there.

I'm sorry. It indeed can be funny. and usually is. But today it really has gone over the top. When the world viewings of Rickrolls most probably triple in one day, it isn't funny anymore.
