As I suggested on irc because of your lack of work experience you're probably better going for a portfolio type arrangement for your resume, something along the lines of "The following is a list of projects I was lead developer" then "Assistent developer" etc.

It's a good idea to mention it, not worded like that though :p
Something along the lines of "I am a webmaster of a web page with <number of visits> and a admin of a <number of users> forum.
It gives the impression that you can work as a leader and are a trusted person.

All "leadership" things are good and it's good idea to mention them. You could even mention things like being a leader in a wow guild (if its not some two man guild of course images/smilies/smile.gif).

I was just going to add this. I'm having the devil's own job of trying to find a job in my field I've been forced to look outside of it. And it's still not going well.

AFAIK, IT and stuff like that (which I assume Viper would be applying to) are doing better than banking and finance.... images/smilies/no.gifimages/smilies/sad.gif

Your 24 and you haven't had a real job? I like you Viper, but that'll be a tough one in this job market. Good luck. You have a degree?
