Awesome! Pure, unprotected awesome! Far too often you hear of big corporations screwing their customer over and everyone just takes it up the behind. I love Comcast's response to the incident:
"Nothing justifies this sort of dangerous behavior." Oh, so providing uber-crappy service and then ignoring a customer when they wanted to file a complaint didn't justify anything? Companies penalize customers for not paying and holding up their end of the deal. Shouldn't the customers be allowed to do the same when the company screws them over?
