been with my girlfriend for about 2 months now... met her and got together within 3 weeks on getting to Melbourne and I love every moment of it ... ps. reason why I've haven't been posting much and been missing LFS races

See, now there's your problem - if you go into a relationship with that sort of preconception (and the others that some other posters seem to have about women), it's bound for disaster.

I do not want any girl controlling me and taking money & time away. It's a waste of time at my age. It's not as if I'll marry any girl I know right now!

I would rather wait until I'm a wealthy 35-40 year old and snatch a 20 year old wife. That's the only way you tell other males how successful you are in life. All the girls you had before are now 35-40 year old too. Imagine their reaction when they see you happy. They're now just a bunch of wrinkled old ladies.

What's your take on relationships?

Thanks for contributing to what turned out to be an interesting topic guys!

Really good advice for single guys is to concentrate on your own personal goals and accomplish them before you go about worrying about what girl to marry. If you're not happy by yourself, I don't think you'll be any different by inviting somebody else into your life.

You always see male Hollywood actors always upgrading to younger, better looking women. However, you never see female Hollywood actresses doing the same--they usually end up with an even worse partner.
For those single and unhappy, there's no new happiness that can be gotten with a relationship alone. Happiness has to already exist for any relationship to help enhance it.

"Love" is something I only share with my family members. I'm not going to easily give away something so precious to any girl!
