^ Yeah... that's definitely the smart way about it. People who smoke up many times a day not only put their body through a lot, but then eventually won't even feel the effects of the pot.

i consider myself to be somewhat of a connoisseur. i've unfortunately had to take a bit of a hiatus the past month in anticipation of getting a new job. my interview is tomorrow, so it's on after that!

^ What do you mean? Take a look at www.erowid.org if you want detailed information.

As to the effects, it differs for different people and you build up a tolerance the more you do it. Living in Singapore though, I don't recommend you go and try it.

you realy can't put a smell on cannabis, so many types, so many odours

check you smokersuigde to find a description of smell/taste/look/feel for the most common types
but even the same sort will smell/taste different with every growth. it's also influenced by the ground it's grown on, addititives you've given your plant (stay calm on those!), ...

I probably rank somewhere above connoisseur , this might sound reduculous to a lot of people, but last time I went a whole day without smoking any pot was about 2.5 years ago images/smilies/wacko.gif

I have never smoked a cigarette in my life and I never will. ( just so people don't think im going to get lung cancer by the time im 20)

I also dont think doing hard drugs is ever a good idea. seen too many of my friends get royally fucked from ecstacy, cocaine, oxycontin, etc etc

and if anyone is interested, try drinking some kind of alcahol sometime. when you are nice and drunk. smoke a joint or two images/smilies/lol.gif

best feeling in the world without touching any dangerous stuff

^you sound like me

i also smoke every single day, don't smoke sigarettes on a regular bases (i do when i go out or have some drinks), and never did any hard drugs either

i don't think alcohol and weed mix that very well, (after a bit of experience) you feel very well how far you can go, but it's so easy to step the line and go bad. when i'm drunk, i never roll a joint, i just take a few hits from someone else, and i'm completely wasted

PS: how do you smoke them? pure or mixed with tabacco (like me)

Alcohol seems to be quite dangerous though... However, it's easily available and the quality is guaranteed. And it is enjoyable in social context or just to chill a little. Quite a lot of people get into trouble by it though (check AA).
Coke, amphetamines and opiates are stuff I'd never touch. Psychedelics, on the contrary... images/smilies/smile.gif

^ Exactly. Reading Alok's thread about him getting beat up by two drunk guys just shows you how much more dangerous alcohol is. So long as you stay away from heavy machinery while you're high, there's no dangers to cannabis other than the usual health concerns related to smoking anything.

I very rarely drink and smoke because it's a fucked up experience. But I have a friend who does it all the time. He doesn't smoke nearly as much as me (a few hits in a sitting) but he used to mix them pretty much 4-5 times a week at university.

Never tried hard drugs and I'll never try most of them. I'm kinda interested in mushrooms but other than trying that once or maybe twice in the summer, that's it.

I usually smoke my joints pure, but once in a while I'll put in a little tobacco because it gives you an insane head rush, then you settle into your high without even realizing. It's pretty fun, but if I do that more than once in a while, the effects of disgusting nicotine go unnoticed.

As for how much I smoke, pretty much daily unless I have exams or assignments. But I only do it 2 or maximum 3 times a day because I actually enjoy the lingering mellow feelings you get after you've come down. Most other smokers I've seen mostly enjoy the climax you get for a bit after smoking, so they smoke and smoke and smoke some more until they fall asleep.

I just got some great stuff but I'm thinking it might be too much to post the pics on here. Sorry I'm replying all over the place, too hard to quote all of them.

Yes, absolutley, I didn't realize he was 14. Even if you wanted to try it I'd recommend you wait until you're at least 18. If you're too young and impressionable it'll fuck you up I think... I didn't try it until I was 19.

But don't be surprised if you come around to it in some years. I was dead against drinking and smoking pot but within the span of a year I had tried them both and now I'm much more open to them.

yep. i've smoke everything from dirt to the best headies around. i think any habitual smoker should at the very least be able to tell the quality just by sight, smell, and feel. i can't guess the weight of schwag without a scale, but i can with the better stuff. i also have my very particular methods of smoking based on what i'm using: j, blunt, spoon, bubbler, bong, bowl, pipe, wood, metal, ceramic, glass, improvised tools etc. and there is a weed rag: high times.

i always love smoking up old hippies. they take just a hit or two of what we can get now, and they're completely blown away, even if it's just middies.images/smilies/cool.gif

You say that now, but you'll most likely change your mind in a few years. I've never done it, but most of the people I know that do/did regularly never thought that they would.

Let me throw in my two cents. I´ve seen People close to me throw away their lives because of weed and I´ve seen People smoking Joints everyday and being sucsessful without any sideeffects. And I know someone working at a drug rehabilitation clinic, where they have seperate Cannabis -sections. Just like Alcohol, Cannabis can totally fuck up your life, yet a lot of People mange to live their lives unaffected while drinking alcohol or smoking pot.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Health_...ts_of_cannabis

Like alcohol you can consume weed with few worries if you manage to not loose yourself. It has it´s negative sides and it can get you addicted. But it is miles away from the really dangerous stuff and if compared, it should be compared with alcohol.
If you happen to catch your grown-up children or friends smoking a joint, you might not want to aplaud them ... but you should be glad it´s not extasy, coke or worse and warn them about those and the risks with drugs in general.

"Bloody Mary" episode 914 South Park

Stans dad gets a DWI enters AA which tells him its a disease leading him to look for a higher power to help him. The crux of the story is drinking (like drugs) carries responsibility and to use it one must have the discipline.

Everything is ok in moderation even things that are healthy for you can be taken too much just use in moderation.
