I smoked weed a lot when i was between 16 and 18... But after a while i noticed all the weed ever did was make me feel tired and even more self-conscious, so i gave it up.

And as to availability: i live in the Netherlands 8)

I live in British Columbia, the pot capital of the world. OF COURSE I SMOKE! I don't think you can live here and not know anyone that hasnt at least tried marijuana.

Is BC marijuana really that good? I've never smoked outside of here but I have friends who say that you can find stuff equally as good elsewhere in Canada and Europe.

It sure is cheap here though... compared to the US at least.

i dont really smoke much due to haveing to use tabacco in it and i hate that stuff.. i had hash browines at a festavil about 2 years ago... that was crazy.. i meet so many people that day.. it also went a bit crazy in the end.. deffo want to do that again lol

You don't have to put tobacco in it. In fact I think most people smoke it by itself in North America.

Bc Bud isnt BC Bud because it's grown in BC. BC Bud is a special strain that is pretty much only grown in Nelson. It's some potent shit.

Don't smoke, don't drink. Don't believe in either. Like 80% of my peers in highschool did both religiously, I never saw the appeal in either. My best friend has the same belief. So when most of our friends were smoking pot or drinking, we'd go boating, go explore some island, build something, whatever. I'd say it was a lot more fun that drugs or alcohol.

I was exactly like that in high school but it all suddenly changed... and I haven't gone to the other side of the spectrum either, I do it w/o any pressure.

Drugs were never prevelent at my high school. From what I understood, the crosstown rivals had all the drug dealers (so all the kids from Destin--rich kids, would go to that school instead).

Never smoked weed. Some of my coworkers got high once at my after school job (still in highschool), and the comedy that ensued helped to keep me off. That and I was looking to get into the Air Force Academy, or at least some ROTC scholarships when I graduated.

Last time I was around the stuff was my Freshman year here at college. My roommate smoked weed, ate shrooms, got drunk...yeah. Paranoid fuck is the best way to describe him, and he dropped out after that first year. Mainly because he would sleep in well past the classes he was failing.

I've smoked a cigarette once, didn't appeal to me. I drink occasionally (Jagermeister) but usually just enough to get a buzz. I prefer to drive than to drink, so that's why I tend to avoid alcohol, except when in the confines of my own home.

nederweed is getting crazy, they just keep mixing the different types, and getting up to 30% THC (while avg is between 3-10).
scientists are starting to yell it's getting out of hand, people go schyzophrenic and authistic over them

so that's not that good actually...

so yeah, i smoke, way to much actually, during the week 2 a day, and in the weekend anywhere from 3 - 10 or so, depending on what we're doing

but if i look at all my friends, there is like 1 person who doesn't smoke.
so it's realy abundant as well, everyone (even those who don't smoke) know several people who deal, and you can always go to holland (like we do a lot now, breda rules). we pay on the streets 4-6€/gr and in holland it's between 6 & 20 € per gram, varying on breed and quality

don't do anything else though, besides a little alcohol, but i'm hardly ever drunk, and when i am, i don't like it at all, alcohol is on a differnt level as weed

PS: yesterday i tried for the first time the weed of the pics i posted in the random thoughts thread, i was high as fish, it's way better than i expected, and wouldn't mind having it as mine at all

Getting up to 30% THC? Man BC Bud has no less then 30%; been measured to get up to 40% sometimes.

Alot of people in my first high school I attended (Grade 9 and 10) actually did smoked weed. But I never joined them. It just didn't appeal to me, really. Besides, those were the people who were flunking their classes, and seeing their low points after their highs was enough to keep me off. Funny to watch actually. Although, I do drink occaisonally, and can hold my drinks with the best of them, but I never smoked anything.

They say Quebec Gold is good too... the different strains never really made any difference to me aside from smelling different.

Never tried, but wanting to. I know some people who I have heard tried it before, but it's kind of stupid to just ask them if I could get some But it will happen eventually, I think. I don't know if it will be good or not, but I want to try it at least.

I'm one of those persons who is kind of introvert and antisocial in sober mode, so some alcohol (only thing I have experience with) makes things funnier and more interesting. Most people would think that's pathetic, which it propably is, but I didn't make myself . Hell, my "positive experiences" while under mild influence are finding their way through my sober mind (I remember later 'whoah, I started talking to that person and I didn't know him at all and it was quite fun!', which encourages me), so I don't think it's a problem (by now).
Hell, I even sometimes have some kind of suspicion to people who are very extrovert and "playful" while being completely sober. I sometimes associate stuff like "unpredictable" and "mood swings" with that behaviour. Or I have the image of a puppy labrador in my head which is very cute and playful and all, but not that bright

I have some experience with cigarettes (rolled a couple of 20 last year and smoked some 10 out of a box), they look cool and it's fun to do sometimes, but that's about it . But I guess weed should give a much stronger effect.

I like your whole take on this issue... I'm also somewhat antisocial so these things help not just when you're intoxicated but just relax you in general, at least I find.

I think you should just work up your courage and ask those guys, they won't mind. Pot has a sort of an effect of camaraderie. I once took a puff of the middle-aged man's joint in front of some strip club. Okay, that's somewhat gross but you get the point.
