Default yeah...so i got a job...
i start on jan. 10
moving this coming sunday (3 days from now)
working for a "satalite" company...all i can really say, had to sign some papers saying i can't talk about what goes on behind the doors...
i'll be working in the marketing department as a graphic designer
pay is freaking awesome for my first job out of college and for someone that has art/technolgy degrees although my rent is $890/month for my 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment...(and believe it or not, it was one of the cheaper places i looked at, and it's 22 miles from work, the closer i get to work, the more the price goes up images/smilies/eek.gif)

so yeah...if you don't see me for like a couple weeks, it's cause i'm still trying to get internet access at my place...

Well from what I understand, in some states, they don't have basements.
Just pointed out the basement to indicate that that almost doubles the living space.

i know...when we lived in massachusetts we had a 5 bed room, 3.5 bath, 1/2 acre back yard, 2 floors + finished basement, real 2 car garage for $850/month morgage...

bay area prices are insanely high...when we first moved to california, hour house cost $500k, and it was a small 1 floor house with 3 rooms and 2 baths...
studio apartments where i was looking were $600 images/smilies/eek.gif
