Default A little experiment with flashing

Photogs, what do you guys think? This is my first play with my wireless flash system.... The idea was to knock that back ground out and only light the car. This was shot right before the storms moved in today. ordering flashes with full manual control this week....

It's a start, but you've basically got too much car and not enough light. Try a less ambitiously large subject, until you've got enough flashes to cover the large area a car takes up.

you should be able to set your camera on a tripod (long exposure) and paint the car with a single hand held flash if you feel like getting creative while you wait for those extra flashes... images/smilies/wink.gif

briliant! i do have 3 flashes right now, but they are all of the two auto settings and one full power manual setting. And none of them are of the same brand either.
