Car: Honda Civic 02 1.4 Yamaha YBR125 Rep Power: 23    |  A Problem! I have a Canon PowerShot S2 and whenever i put new batteries in it constantly tells me that i need to change them or only works for a few photos.  I have no idea what causes this. The brand of rechargeable battery i use is that same as i've always used.Do you think this is something that can be repaired, or am i destined for another camera?  |

Car: 2000 Mazda NB8B MX5, 1990 Ford EA Ghia Turbo 280kw LFS Status:  Rep Power: 23 | Check the contacts, you may well find they are corroded/covered in battery acid/gunk, bent/damaged etc. If they don't connect properly, the correct voltage won't come across and that is how low battery is sensed (they drop in voltage a little bit before going completely flat)
